Shipping policy

Our WEAR-HOUSE is located in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada. All orders ship out within 2-4 business days. Once the item has been shipped, you can expect your order to arrive to your door anywhere between 1-7 business days depending on where you are located.  Shopify will charge the best rate at the time for your location, you can choose that when you checkout for shipping within Canada.

Pre-Order & Split Shipment Policy

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once all items are available.

This helps us keep shipping costs manageable as a small Canadian brand producing limited-run collections.

If you would prefer your in-stock items to ship separately sooner, please contact us at wecare@coolia.ca after placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

Yes, we ship international. We love sharing our Made in Canada pieces to everyone in the world!  Your shipping rates will show when you check out depending where you are located, pick the best one that suits you!
