THIGH MEASUREMENT:
Measure around the widest area of the thigh.
HIP MEASUREMENT:
Measure around the largest area of your hips, encapsulating the roundest part of your gluteus.

I have been waiting for a legging to come on the market that was made of non-toxic material, supportive and comfortable. I have purchased bamboo leggings before, but they were very thin, and did not provide enough support. These are not like that! They are fabulous.
